from Caticlan to Romblon via Tablas Island
Traveling via Caticlan Airport (Boracay) is a good alternative if you can’t find suitable flights to or from Tablas Airport, or if you’d like to combine your visit to Romblon with other destinations in the Visayas. Caticlan Airport (MPH) handles numerous flights daily. Please note that we don’t have a representative in Caticlan, so if you choose this option, you’ll need to complete a few steps independently before our driver meets you at Santa Fe, Tablas Island.

Recommended arrival times – Caticlan Airport (MPH):
→ By 7:00 AM at the latest if you plan to catch the 1:00 PM public transfer boat from San Agustin to Romblon.
→ By 10:00 AM at the latest if you want to book the full private transfer service starting from Santa Fe.
Our driver will meet you in Santa Fe and take you to San Agustin, where you can either board a private transfer boat or wait for the 1:00 PM public transfer to Romblon Island. Detailed instructions for the process are provided below.
Step 1: Leave the airport and head to Tabon Plaza/Tabon Port. Consider hiring a tricycle to get there. View on Google Maps: Tabon Port
Step 2: Purchase tickets for the boat transfer to Santa Fe, Tablas Island. Opt for the earliest available trip to ensure timely arrival.
Step 3: Embark on the boat. The journey to Santa Fe will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Step 5: Embark on a 2 hour scenic tour through Tablas Island. Our driver will drop you off at the pier in San Agustin, where you can either board a private transfer boat or wait for the public transfer boat at 1:00 PM. View in Google Maps: San Agustin
Step 6: Upon arrival on Romblon Island, you will reach our resort within 15 minutes.

Recommended departure times – Caticlan Airport (MPH):
Depart Romblon Island on either the 8:00 AM public transfer boat or the ferry around 12:00 PM. You’ll reach San Agustin, Tablas, about an hour later, followed by a roughly two-hour journey to Santa Fe. To make sure you reach your flight comfortably, we recommend allowing extra time for possible delays and quick stops for refreshments. Detailed instructions are provided below.
→ Ideally, book a flight departing Caticlan Airport in the late afternoon or early evening.
Step 1: Your transfer from our resort to Romblon Pier will take approximately 15 minutes.
Step 2: Board your chosen vessel, whether a private transfer or a public boat. The voyage to San Agustin is estimated to take between 45 and 60 minutes.

Step 5: Take a 2 hour scenic tour through Tablas Island. Your driver will drop you off at the pier in Santa Fe, where you can wait for the public transfer boat the the terminal building (see schedules below). View in Google Maps: Santa Fe
Step 2: Purchase tickets for the boat transfer to Caticlan. Opt for the earliest available trip to ensure timely arrival.
