Hypselodoris krakatoa is a nudibranch with an interesting complex pattern on a light brown to brown background color. Prominent are rows of small white spots on darker colored bands. The rhinophores are brown and have a white tip. The gills are brownish with white areas on the outer edge. This nudibranch species was named after an Indonesian Island: Krakatoa.
