The Ceylonese Gymnodoris (Gymnodoris ceylonica) is a beautiful nudibranch and an interesting subject for underwater macro photography that can be found on sea grass areas and sandy dive sites. They feature a white body with bright red spots. The skin is so thin that it is possible to see the internal organs. They feed on small sea hares like Stylocheilus striatus.
