A Rare Find in Romblon: The White Ardeadoris angustolutea with Auriculate Rhinophores and Gills

Scuba divers and underwater photographers exploring the reefs of Romblon may encounter an uncommon nudibranch Ardeadoris angustolutea during their dive. This nudibranchs exhibits a striking pearlescent white coloration across its entire body.

Further distinction comes from the presence of gold-colored auriculate rhinophores – the feathery structures used for olfaction – and gills, the respiratory plume on the back.
