The Coconut Octopus (Amphioctopus marginatus) can be found at several muck dive sites and sandy substrate here in Romblon. It is interesting to watch their behavior as they prefer hiding in shells or parts of a coconut. They also like to hide under the sand. The Coconut Octopus can be easily identified by the bright line along the suckers and is a good subject for behavior shots and videos (underwater macro photography).
